Refund and guarantee eligibility described here applies to the California DMV administrative process. Services provided outside California are not covered by the refund conditions below.
DUI Consulting Firm is committed to providing professional administrative assistance and guidance throughout the California DMV administrative process.
How fees are earned
Because work on each case begins shortly after enrollment, fees become earned as services are performed. Refund eligibility depends on the membership selected and the terms outlined in the Client Service Agreement.
Full-Service Membership
Once enrollment is complete and services have commenced, membership fees are considered earned and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Limited Reinstatement Membership
Clients enrolled in the Limited Reinstatement Membership may qualify for a full refund only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) sets aside the driver's license suspension; and
- The related DUI criminal charges are dismissed by a California court.
Verification
Both conditions must be verified before any refund will be approved.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
Chargebacks
If you have a question regarding a payment or believe a billing error has occurred, we encourage you to contact DUI Consulting Firm before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve billing concerns promptly.
